With concept approval, we refine and resolve the design with no detail overlooked. Joinery design, materials, fittings, fixtures, and finishes are carefully considered, specified and finalised. Detailed 2D working drawings and documentation are prepared to ensure clarity, accuracy and a seamless translation from design to build.
In this stage of the process, all documentation and schedules are issued to the builder for pricing. We liaise with the builder and trades to review costings, ensuring the design intent is maintained while aligning with your budget. Adjustments can be made where needed, with transparency and precision.
Throughout construction, we oversee the implementation of the design, collaborating closely with the builder and suppliers. Regular site visits and clear communication ensures every detail is executed to the highest standard and remains true to approved documentation.
